Okay...sometimes I think to myself that I am
going to sell off the caviary and actually have a "normal" life,
however, its when babies pop out like Tal that I am forced to reconsider.
Tal is the closest that I have gotten to reproducing my beloved Gala
Opus. He is simply divine and holds all of the characteristics that
I hold so dear in the Peruvian breed. He excels in every coat
aspect, except top color distribution
Update (1/06): Even at 10 mos, Tali still has great
texture, density, and amazing balance (his frontal-hubba bubba!!).
He is such a character too. He reminds me so much of my Gala
Opus. I know that Tali's color distribution has really affected his
show preformance, but he is still the best Peruvian that I have bred in a
long time, second only to my Opus.
Nearing the end of his show career, Tali will be shown one more time
and then be placed into breeding where his presence is long over due. Update
(1/16/06): Tali is now in breeding! |
